The Planning and Public Relations Center of the College of Music, SNU, was established in 2023 to plan various music performances and effectively promote the College of Music. It was operated as a public relations office for many years, but the significance of its role increased, and it was established as a center within the university.

The Planning and Public Relations Center is responsible for planning events and promoting the College of Music. They collaborate with external organizations both domestically and internationally, manage the website and overall image of the college (University Identity), and oversee the Planning Committee. As part of their public relations efforts, the center publishes a newsletter twice a year to share stories about the College of Music and posts various news on its website. Additionally, the center organizes free Tuesday concerts four times a semester to spread the culture of arts and music. Furthermore, they arrange performances by world-class artists across various music genres to bring beautiful music to students and staffs at campus and local residents.

The Center will contribute to the university's development, nurture musical talent, and expand access to arts and culture by organizing performances, events, and policies, and actively promoting university activities.
