    The Arts Center Concert Hall, located in Building 49 of the college of Music, was completely built in June 1999 and opened in 2000.
    The Arts Center underwent renovation in 2023 and is now composed of a concert hall, large practice rooms, small practice rooms, and chamber music rooms.
    The Arts Center Concert Hall has a total of 322 seats and hosts a variety of concerts, including the followings: performances by the SNU Orchestra, string instruments ensembles, wind instruments ensembles, the SNU contemporary music series, lunch concerts, Tuesday concerts, graduation concerts, performance classes, and composition recitals.

    Hours of operation
  • Weekdays: 09:00 to 18:00 (may be adjusted, if necessary)
  • Weekends: May specify the hours of operation for public holidays.
  • Performances: 5 hours minimum for rental, and avaible hours are from 09:00 to 22:00.
  • Recording: 2 hours minimum for rental, otherwise it is rounded up as 2 hours if less than then.
    Arts Center Usage fee
  • Recording: 150% of the basic usage fee must be paid when using the Arts Center outside of business hours (before 09:00 on or after 18:00 on weekdays, holidays, etc.).
  • Faculty and students are entitled to a 50% reduction for using a rental service in some facilities (musical instruments, music, and choir seats are free).
  • When using the concert hall for anything other than classes, individuals will be charged based on the rental fee table and will only incur an additional fee if a rental fee is applicable.
  • For more information on rental fees for halls and other facilities (instruments, stage, sound, broadcasting, etc.), please reach out to the manager in charge.
    Precautions for Using the Arts Center
  • Prohibit from using the Arts Center other than the authorized purpose of use (including transferring the name of the reservation holder)
  • No food or garlands allowed
