Department of Piano
"The department of piano offers an outstanding educational setting for training top-notch professional performers. With the support of esteemed faculty, students explore historical traditions and performance styles of the piano, including period instrument practices. They enhance their musical abilities through a range of hands-on courses, such as performances of their major, chamber music, accompaniment, and seminars."

"Students acquire world-class performance skills and develop in-depth musical ideas through master classes, workshops, and lectures held by internationally renowned artists. They also gain creative experience in a real-world setting through freshman recitals, academic (master's and doctoral) recitals, regular recitals, graduation recitals, and various interdisciplinary performances on campus."

"In addition, the Ph.D. program was established in 2005 to develop and produce leaders with diverse expertise and creativity. Graduates are trained to adapt to changing times and have successful careers in the domestic and international art community as professional performers, educators, and cultural professionals."
