Qualifications for Spring 2025 SPF Scholarship Candidates (all conditions must be met):

1. Faculty members at major universities in developing countries* who do not hold a doctoral degree.
2. Applicants who have successfully completed theline application process for the Global Talent Admission for the Spring 2025 graduate program.
3. Applicants who have applied and been finally accepted into the doctoral program at Seoul National University for the Spring 2025 term (only those who are accepted can proceed to the second round of screening). *For detailed qualifications and eligibility of faculty members, please refer to the attached plan.

Application Procedure:

1. Applyline for the Global Talent Admission for the graduate program and simultaneously applyline for the SPF (check the checkbox is mandatory).
2. The applicant submits the application documents to the Office of International Affairs (OIA).
3. First round (document) screening.
4. Announcement of successful candidates for the Global Talent Admission for the graduate program.
5. Second round of screening.
6. Final selection of SPF scholars.

Documents Required for SPF Application:

1. SNU President Fellowship Program Application Form (including study plan).
2. Certificate of employment as a university faculty member (including university name, representative, location, department, position, and employment period).
3. Academic transcripts and graduation (or expected graduation) certificates (both undergraduate and master's degrees).
4. Recommendation letter from the department head, dean, or president of the university where the applicant is currently employed.
5. A video link of up to 5 minutes including lecture/research achievements, study plan, and post-graduation plans (extra points awarded).
   • Documents must be submitted to the OIA via email (PDF files) and by postal mail.
