Eungi Min
Eungi Min is Professor of Music at Seoul National University and President of the Society of Historical Research in Music. She has published widely on history of western music, but her research interests extend across various social and cultural aspects of music. She is author of Music and Feminism(2000), History of Western Music, from Pythagoras to Jazz(2007), and Understanding Popular Music(2016). She is also co-author of Interpretation of Baroque Music: A Historical Perspective(2006), Music and Dictators(2012) and many others. She has translated a series of books in musicology from English and French to Korean.
